At Statue.com, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fine art purchase. If your statue or fountain does not meet your expectations, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Request Authorization

  Contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping any items back to our gallery.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully repack the item in its original protective crate or box with all internal padding to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the return label and ship the package via a trackable carrier, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the exterior of the box.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our artisans inspect the returned piece for quality assurance, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 7-10 business days.
